Our factory
Our factory is structured to efficiently handle all stages of production. Divided into machining, bodywork, welding, finishing and shipping sectors, we particularly highlight the sieve section. Each area operates with advanced technology and standardized processes to guarantee maximum quality in every product.
Efficient dispatch
Our products go through a rigorous packaging and labeling process, complying with transport regulations and market requirements. With a modern barcode standardization system, we guarantee a stock that is always up to date and programmed for the long term. This ensures that orders are fulfilled in the shortest possible time, always with agility and precision.
Selecting suppliers
We only work with suppliers who share our commitment to quality and innovation. We use materials such as rolled steel, drawn steel, ground steel, sheet steel, cast nodular steel and forged materials.
This rigorous choice of materials and partners allows us to produce highly resistant and durable parts, meeting the productivity demands of the agricultural sector. After technical development, templates are made to standardize manufacturing and guarantee excellence in each part.
Machining technology
We use CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machines, which offer speed and precision in the production of parts. In addition, we apply advanced heat treatment processes, such as quenching and carburizing, carried out in electric furnaces at 1100°C. This care guarantees parts with greater strength and durability, while grinding ensures absolute precision in every measurement.

Sheet Metal: Precision and Robustness
Before painting, we perform the “3-in-1” treatment, which includes degreasing, pickling, and phosphating, preparing the parts for a perfect finish.

Our painting process is not just an aesthetic detail, but an essential protection against corrosion. This method ensures durability and resistance of the parts, making them identical to the originals, including with the correct colors for each harvester model.
